(BES) - Synchronization Email Desktop Service Books Repair
 
Delete & Resend Service Book to Repair Email/Task/Memos & Notes
 
4.x - 5.x BlackBerry Email/Task/Memos & Notes
 
1.  Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books > scroll down to the Desktop [SYNC] and highlight.
 
2.  Select the Menu key and delete Desktop [SYNC].
 
3.  Also delete Desktop [SMIME]
 
4.  Hard Reset the device (Pull Battery) and reboot the BlackBerry.
 
5.  Login to the Customer Portal page > select user connected to Blackberry > Resend the Service Books.
 
 
6.x - 7.x BlackBerry Email/Task/Memos & Notes
 
1.  Go to Options > Device > scroll down to Advanced System Settings > Service Books > scroll down to the Desktop [SYNC] and highlight.
 
2.  Select the Menu key and delete Desktop [SYNC].
 
3.  Also delete Desktop [SMIME].
 
 
4.  Hard Reset the device (Pull Battery) and reboot the BlackBerry.
 
5.  Login to the Customer Portal page > select user connected to Blackberry > Resend the Service Books.
