Provisioning the BlackBerry BES Service is not Working

Overview:
BlackBerry user is unable to associate the personal identification number (PIN) of a new device with the current BlackBerry account.
 
Cause:
1.  The new BlackBerry smartphone has not been activated.
 
 
2.  The BlackBerry smartphone is either deactivated or not provisioned correctly.
 
 
Resolutions:
1.  Register the new BlackBerry smartphone.
 
2.  Contact the wireless service provider to verify that the correct service plan and features are enabled for the device.
