How to Obtain POP or IMAP Account Information from the Customer Portal

To obtain account specific POP or IMAP settings from the Customer Portal, perform the following:

1.  Log into the Customer Portal using your email address and password.

2.  In the User area, click the applicable Exchange tab.

3.  Once in the Settings section, select the Email Settings tab.

4.  As applicable, select IMAP Settings or POP Settings to show information specific to your account. Note that both secure and unsecure settings may be chosen for both configurations.
