How to Configure POP Email with K-9 Mail for Android

K-9 Mail is a 3rd party* e-mail application for Android.  It supports POP, IMAP, and Exchange (using WebDAV on Exchange 2007 only - it is not available for use with Exchange 2010, but is a viable alternative client for POP set ups).  K-9 Mail will sync multiple exchange accounts, but will not sync calendars or contacts.
