Server Field Missing when Configuring Exchange on Motorola Droid X, Droid Pro and Droid 2 Global

Users are not given an option to enter a server name when configuring exchange on certain Motorola phones (Droid X, Droid Pro, Droid 2 Global).  After the setup fails initially, press the menu key (lower left, four squares in the shape of a block) and choose to continue with a manual setup.
