Prior to starting this procedure, obtain your account-specific information from the Customer Portal according to the following article:
1. In the app drawer, tap on the Mail app.
2. Choose Other (POP3/IMAP).
3. On the Add account page, enter the email address and password, then tap MANUAL SETUP.
4. On the Protocol page, select IMAP, enter the email address in both the EMAIL ADDRESS and USERNAME fields.
5. Still on the Protocol page, scroll down and provide the incoming settings and tap NEXT:
6. On the Outgoing server settings page, provide the required information and tap NEXT:
7. On the Add account page, enter an Account Name and User Name (optional). Check the Make this my default email account box to set the account as default on the device if desired and tap FINISH SETUP to complete the configuration.
