To flush your DNS using a PC with Outlook to reestablish a clean connection to our Hosted Exchange service, please follow this short step by step instruction:
• Make sure Outlook is closed.
• Open the Run window (Windows Key + R).
• Type ipconfig /flushdns and click OK.
• Once this completes, open Outlook again and reconnect.
