1. If you are having trouble staying logged into Outlook Web Access (OWA), please go to https://exg6.exghost.com/exchange.
2. Login with the usual e-mail address and password, but change the security option.
3. Outlook Web Access has two security options to choose from at login:
- Public or Shared Computer
- Private Computer
4. The first option, Public or Shared Computer, sets the timeout to 15 minutes.
5. Select the second option, Private computer, to use a 24-hour timeout.
