This document provides a brief overview of what is captured in LinkedIn Archiving.

Available Content for Capture

The content that is captured includes the following from the timeline content:

1. Personal Profile of Monitored user

2. Personal Posts of Monitored user

  ∙  Most Photos and Videos attached to Posts are captured and attached. Some Videos are not made available by the LinkedIn API and only return the text.

3. Personal Article Post of Monitored user

  ∙  The entire content of Articles or blog-type posts are captured.

4. Personal Comment Posts or Reply Posts

  ∙  Comment by Monitored/unmonitored user on a Personal Post of a monitored user

5. Company Page Profile

6. Company Page Post by Monitored user (administrator of Page)

  ∙  Showcase Page Posts of a Monitored user

7. Company Comment Posts by Monitored/unmonitored user on a Post of a monitored user

  ∙  Showcase Comment Posts by a Monitored/unmonitored user on a Post of a Monitored user

8. Connections of Monitored user

  ∙  New connections of Monitored user

  ∙  Invitation request to connect of the Monitored user/Unmonitored user

9. Recommendation and Accepted Recommendation of Monitored user

10. Messages of Monitored user

  ∙  Messages sent/received by Monitored user

11. Group Posts of Monitored user

  ∙  Discussion in Group by Monitored user/1st degree connection

  ∙  Comment by Monitored user (if on status update less than 15 days old)

12. Sales Navigator InMail and Messages sent/received by Monitored user

  ∙  Sales Navigator InMail messages do not capture automatically. You must contact LinkedIn to activate compliance capture from Zix for Sales Navigator
