1. Login to the Customer Portal as an administrator and select the Billing area tab.
2. Select the Invoices tab.
3. Click the PDF button next to either the outstanding or paid invoice that you want to download and/or review.
4. From here, you may print or save the invoice.
5. To receive an email containing the invoice, click the Invoice button next to either the outstanding or paid invoice that you want to forward to a user or list of users.
6. Select a user and/or the attachment from one of the check boxes in the Email list and then click the Send Invoice Emails button. Selecting the envelope icon will send the invoice details. Selecting the attachment icon will also include a PDF of the invoice.
7. The selected recipient(s) will receive an email containing the invoice information.
