Do I have to contact AppRiver to change my subscription terms?

The Billing area is a fantastic tool that allows you to easily access information about your subscriptions, invoices and history, as well as the ability to add and update payment options and configure notifications for the account. 

However, any change to subscription terms, such as switching from or to monthly, annual or biennial terms, does require you to contact our Customer Care team. Fortunately, they are also phenomenal and can be reached at (850) 916-6110 or through customercare@appriver.com.
