Depending on filter settings such as 'Blocked Countries' and 'Blocked Text', it's possible for potentially valid emails to be held as spam. AppRiver's Quarantine Alert feature gives administrators the option to send an email to users in instances like this when potentially valid emails are held for them.
By default, Quarantine Alerts are turned on for a domain but administrators can easily disable them in their 'Domain Options':
Users are also given the option to enable or disable these alerts in their SpamLab® 'Report Settings':
