Outlook connection issues with CipherPost Pro and ESET

To troubleshoot Outlook connection issues with CipherPost Pro® and ESET, please try the following:

1. Access the Advanced Setup of ESET Antivirus.

 
 

2. Under Web and Email --> Email cient protection, uncheck the box next to Read Email to prevent ESET from scanning your read email.

 
 

3. In addition, any anti-virus add-ins (plug-ins) need to be disabled. These can conflict with CipherPost Pro and cause Outlook to crash.
